All prices on this web site are clearly stated and there are no hidden costs. Payment for orders can be made by secure credit card transaction, cheque / postal order or directly to our bank account. If paying by direct bank transfer then you should call Payslips Plus on 0845 052 9692 when you have made your payment so we will be able to complete your order without delay.
Please do not send cash through the post.
Processing orders is not an automated or instant service. Payslips and P60’s will be produced by dedicated payroll professionals using HMRC compatible payroll software. Due to the nature of the work involved to process orders, we advise the following timeframes
Orders placed before 1pm are normally processed and dispatched on the same day. During busier periods, we may need to advise a longer turnaround time. If you require up to date information regarding timescales, please call Payslips Plus on 0845 052 9692 before completing your order.
Please note that we will only post your order once your payment has been cleared.
If your delivery address is within the UK and is sent via Royal Mail first class post and you do not receive your order within 3 working days, as long as you notify us within 5 working days and there are no changes required to the shipping address, we will resend it free of charge.
Items ordered for Royal Mail special delivery will be dispatched in accordance with our advised timescales.
If your order is not satisfactory you must notify us within 5 working days otherwise it will be considered a new order and will incur a charge for it to be resent.
We will retain proof of postage for special delivery items. It is the responsibility of Royal Mail to honour the specified delivery method & timeframe.

You can request cancellation of your order at any time before processing is carried out.
If you cancel your order before any work is carried out, Payslips Plus reserves the right to review the refund amount in line with our terms and conditions & we will limit any deduction from your reimbursement to 25% of the purchase price.
Where an order has been completed to the specifications provided, or work has been carried out for your order, we would be unable to provide any reimbursement.
Where a refund may be due, we always aim to reimburse your money as soon as possible, the time this takes will depend on the circumstances of your cancellation, but will be no later than 3 working days after cancellation.
Reimbursements can only be made to the card details that the original payment was made with.

Your Statutory rights are not affected by any of these terms and conditions. We reserve the right not to accept or fulfill your orders at any time without giving a reason, in this case we will refund your full transaction.
If you have a complaint regarding your order then you must contact us within 5 working days of your order being dispatched. If you contact us after 5 working days there will be a charge for resending your order.
Any documents are supplied at your request and are produced by us based on the information you have supplied. It is an offence to supply false information that relates to your employment or salary. The information provided will be assumed accurate, Payslips Plus cannot be held responsible for false information. All information provided is accepted by us from the client to be a true and accurate description of their pay details.
Any documents that we produce are to be used for legal purposes only and are not to be used for any fraudulent purpose or financial gain. All documents supplied by the applicant will be returned and remain the property of the client at all times.
